These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Iron Oaks Land & Forestry LLC (“Company”). Acceptance of an estimate, work order, or invoice constitutes agreement to the terms below.

1. Scope of Services
The Company provides land clearing, brush removal, vegetation management, and general property maintenance services using heavy equipment including skid steers and related attachments. Work will be performed in accordance with the agreed scope outlined in the estimate or work order.

2. Property Conditions and Surface Disturbance
Land clearing and vegetation removal inherently involve the use of heavy machinery. As a result, disturbance to soil, turf, roots, and ground surfaces should be expected. This may include ruts, soil displacement, exposed roots, or minor grading changes. Restoration of lawns, landscaping, or turf is not included unless specifically stated in writing.

3. Vegetation Regrowth
The removal of brush, trees, vines, and other vegetation does not guarantee permanent elimination. Natural regrowth may occur due to root systems, seed banks, and environmental conditions. The Company does not provide any implied or expressed guarantee that vegetation will not return.

4. Hidden Obstacles and Site Hazards
Customers are responsible for identifying and disclosing known underground or hidden hazards including but not limited to irrigation lines, septic systems, utilities, cables, pipes, fencing, landscaping features, or buried debris. The Company is not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed items located underground or concealed within vegetation.

5. Utilities and Property Marking
The customer must ensure that all underground utilities have been properly marked prior to the start of work. If required, the customer should contact the appropriate utility location service before work begins. The Company assumes that the work area is safe to operate equipment unless otherwise notified.

6. Access and Work Area Preparation
Customers must provide reasonable access to the work area for equipment and ensure the site is free of vehicles, equipment, and personal property. The Company is not responsible for damage to items left within the designated work area.

7. Weather and Ground Conditions
Work schedules may be affected by weather, soil moisture, or ground conditions. Excessively wet or unstable ground may increase surface disturbance or require rescheduling to protect equipment and property.

8. Debris Handling
Vegetation and debris may be mulched, stacked, or distributed within the work area unless otherwise specified. Removal or hauling of debris is not included unless stated in the estimate.

9. Property Boundaries
The customer is responsible for confirming property lines and identifying areas to be cleared. The Company is not responsible for clearing beyond intended property boundaries if those boundaries are not clearly marked or communicated.

10. Payment Terms
Payment is due no later than upon arrival to the job site unless otherwise stated on the invoice or estimate. Any deposits made are non refundable and if required will be stated as such on the invoice or estimate. Late payments may be subject to additional charges as permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from services performed, including natural terrain disturbance or vegetation regrowth that is inherent to land clearing operations.

12. Acceptance of Terms
Approval of an estimate, scheduling of work, or payment of an invoice constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as applied to any service provided by Iron Oaks Land & Forestry LLC.
